Upon receipt of the client’s booking form and deposit, C4 Wedding Car Hire will send a receipt. An invoice for the final amount will be sent to the client approximately one month before the wedding.

The hirer will be held liable for any damages/losses to our limousines and any 3rd party caused by or incited by the conduct of individual passengers who are party to the hire.

For your comfort, all of our limousines are non-smoking and food cannot be consumed in them, unless by prior arrangement. Serious spills and people being sick within the vehicle will occur a full valet charge of £150.00 along with the full cost of any hire we loss while the vehicle is ’off hire’ to be cleaned. The driver will immediately terminate the hire to get the vehicle cleaned with no refund given. The hirer of the vehicle gives full permission to hold on file their credit card details until the hire is complete and gives full permission to charge their card for any damage or extras incurred during their hire period.

C4 Wedding Car Hire cannot be held responsible for any damage occasioned to such belongings (including the wedding dress) or luggage.

C4 Wedding Car Hire accepts no liability for passengers belongings left in the vehicles. Unclaimed property will be held for 10 days and may be disposed of after that period with no liability to C4 Wedding Car Hire

C4 Wedding Car Hire or the driver, retain the right to refuse to convey any passenger who is drunk, or whose condition may put the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers at risk.

C4 Wedding Car Hire will endeavour to provide the vehicle(s) as listed on the booking form, but shall not be held responsible for the non-fulfilment of the contract due to mechanical breakdown or other unforeseen situation arising, over which C4 Wedding Car Hire has no control. However, in such circumstances, and as far as is practically possible, C4 Wedding Car Hire will take steps to safeguard the interest of the client and minimize the effect thereof by providing an alternative vehicle (or vehicles). Furthermore, if considered appropriate and at their discretion, they will take into account whatever part of the contract has been fulfilled and credit the client with an appropriate amount up to, but no more than, the total contracted cost of the wedding vehicle hire.

Deposits/payments made to C4 Wedding Car Hire are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing and any cancellation within 7 days of the booking date will incur the full cost of hire.

All subsequent alterations to our booking form must be notified to the company by telephone and in writing as soon as possible to avoid any misunderstanding.

C4 Wedding Car Hire, its drivers or agents accept no liability for late arrival due to weather conditions, road works and/or road closures that are beyond any reasonable prior knowledge.

Our vehicles have a No Carry Out policy and Strictly No Alcohol is permitted in any of our vehicles.

C4 Wedding Car Hire operates a “NO SMOKING” policy for the comfort and health of all passengers and drivers of it’s vehicles.

C4 Wedding Car Hire carry only the legal limit of passengers permitted within the vehicle and will under no circumstances carry additional passengers. An infant or child is deemed a passenger. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Under seat belt wearing rules all children up to 135cm in height must use child restraints as set down in the regulations.
